After compiling a chapter I would expect to see the checking level prompt appear. However, I will only see this currently if I level the Chapter Screen and come back to the Chapter Screen. Then it displays properly and allows the option to expand the chapter card.
1) Compile Chapter
2) Observe static screen
3) Return to Project Screen
4) Proceed to Chapter Screen
4) Observe the now expandable chapter and checking level
