Cut out marker couldn't be inserted #1178

User story

When editing a chunk with more than 2 verses and cutting out a marker in the middle, then I can't insert it back

  1. Open a chunk with more that 2 verses
  2. Select portion of audio including verse marker (different than first marker or the last one) and cut it out
  3. Go to Verse Marker mode, try to insert a verse marker
  4. Marker won't insert
