Update third-party libraries list in README #132

As far as i know, UNP switched to Preact, but AngularJS still presists in README. :)

This software uses the following libraries developed by third parties, and are licenced seperately;

Bootstrap (Apache License v2.0)
jQuery (MIT License)
Angular.js (MIT License)
