German translation and typo fixes #113

Description of the Change

Translated the app into German (with help of Noah)
Removed German from the list of wanted translations
Fixed a few typos, spelling mistakes and some grammar to make it more professional :)

I've run the build.sh script and it built successfully.

Benefits

Users will have the option to choose German as UI language
Readability and professional look improves by reducing spelling mistakes in documentation etc.

Possible Drawbacks

None
