1.12.2 - latest versions of all mods involved - Secret Player Plate x Conduit Facade Bug?

So i was setting up some fancy wall doors using MalisisDoors' Laboratory Doors x 3 in a row, while using Secret Redstone underneath the doors and Secret Player Plates to open them

accidentally placed 3 x Secret Player Plates against some forgotten Conduit Facades from EnderIO

these Secret Player Plates appear non-existant, but are interactable if stepped on (aka: fallen through), so they still "work" but they cannot be harvested or replaced

did do a quick search for conduit facades and didnt find anything... not sure if you're still updating 1.12.2... could use some sort of fix however - even if just a workaround

apparently i used the insert url feature wrong - all fixed now EDIT: still wasnt fixed, had to remove the url feature and just paste the imgur links
