Quest NPCs are missing from the #49

It appears the quest NPC are missing from: https://api.wynncraft.com/public_api.php?action=mapLocations

Even after clearing my browser's cache. (https://pastebin.com/wgEujAYH) Only the Star Thief NPC remains
