Adds option in utilities configuration to reverse the sort order for the ingredient pouch hover tooltip. Sort logic updated to add reverse sorting for all three sort methods. Tested with normal ingredients. Also resolves utilities config pane sort order bug ("sort method" order was already used above resulting in out-of-order items).
