ESI incompatibility #79

The compression replaces <esi:include /> tag by <include />, making ESI not working.

Just opened #82 to resolve this in

Found a possible cause and should hopefully have something ready to fix this soon :).

Btw if I may ask, are you using this package directly or through another package? The fix for this will land in v3 but it's API wise 99% BC with v2
