My setup (as of 07.07.2020):

Did all steps described in docs here. The html output is still uncompressed, bot in dev and production modes. Whai am i doing wrong?

What are you seeing as output? This plugin just does basic HTLM compressing and doesn't compress CSS or JS at the moment
