Preliminary work on Life Support #45

I've implemented the Life Support system, with code referencing Power and Health added, but commented out because Power and Health haven't been created yet. Fixes #27.

Quick question. There was a commit made after Dakota reviewed. Should we wait for him to review it again? How do we want to do that?
