Create flight director React components for health, power, lights, and alerts #56

I am willing to do this one.

How do we want to do the flight director components? We could just have something really basic (text boxes where you enter in a value) or have buttons to do each thing.

I'm going to create a new folder in the components folder specifically for flight director components, so we don't get station and flight director components mixed up.
