Disallowing right click and text selection for all pages #59

While we're at it, it would be good to create a cursor and set it as default for all elements

I don't know if this needs to be done right now, but this would be great thing later!

Yeah this is more of a frontend thing

When we do implement this we should disable right click, but I don't think we should disable text selection though in text fields and other elements like that.
