[bug] Can't make a donation from the cli wallet #17

🐛 BUG REPORT

Expected Behavior

Make a successful donation to the teams address
Send the amount I want to donate to the teams address Current Behavior -- You can't make a donation from the xcash-wallet-cli binary because it has hardcoded an XMR address and donate.getxcash.org does not exists to get the value from there.

Possible Solution

Change the hardcoded address and add a TXT record for donate.getxcash.org or another domain

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs) execute donate _AMOUNT_
