Changes : SEJ_TYP == B in ENT_MOD == 1 & SOR_MOD == 1 (applicable for the whole PMSI which is not the case for SEJ_TYP only available for the MCO). See further discussions here : https://gitlab.com/healthdatahub/documentation-snds/-/merge_requests/388
