US-315: Updated Flic2.java; bind and unbind service within onHostResume/onHostPause

possible fix of IllegalArgumentException: Service not registered: nl.xguard.flic2.service.Flic2ServiceConnection@b572180

👍 we builden nu een .apk voor test op de kapotte device

Alle testen zijn voorlopig positief, op alle toestellen werkt het goed in alle scenario's. Als de openstaande vraag beantwoord is dan maken we hier een release van :)
