Currently it's impossible to set the monitor's refresh rate when in exclusive full screen mode. This is kind of a regression from the old manager which did not overwrite this setting.
This fix stops the refresh rate from being overwritten on each save assuming you update it from the profile file but does not expose the setting to the user via the manager.
