Update check order causes mods not updating if a Manager update has been found

SA Mod Manager is still affected by this: https://github.com/X-Hax/sadx-mod-loader/issues/108

To fix this, when "Check for updates" is clicked, mods and mod loader updates should be checked first, and Manager updates should be checked last.
