red screen of death at twinkle park

i keep getting the red screen of death when going to twinkle parks cutscene for Sonic's story below is the stuff required to check for errors in the mods all the mods are up to date but it keeps happening do you guys know why? 22_42_50_ModList_Sonic_SS.json 22_42_50_Dump_Sonic_SS.dmp 22_42_50_extra_info_Sonic_SS.txt

It's caused by a mod called "Momentum Tweaks". This repo is for SA Mod Manager though, so as the issue template states please don't use it to report issues with your mods.
