Please enable the Crystal ring #2

It's unnecessary to disable it. Everyone already have the disable upgrapes mod.

We didn't disable it because we thought it was convenient for people to not need the Disable Upgrades Mod, we disabled it because the way the Crystal Ring is applied to Sonic's model will not work with weighted models. The entire process of applying the upgrade needs to be completely rewritten in code.
