NJ Write support, revert breaking assimp import change #212

This also reorders NJS_OBJECT GetBytes writes. At least the first one is necessary for ninja. Also adds alignment padding in Strip GetBytes.

This unintentionally added some Trace writes. This will be fixed in another PR.
