Fixed Sonic and logo speed in the intro
Fixed scaling for Japanese characters
Fixed spacing and line width calculation
Japanese characters are now correctly displayed in English and vice versa (except for a few hardcoded characters)
Fixed incorrectly displayed characters in Japanese mission tutorial
