Allow users to name external resources for their custom plugins #406

Currently artists and plugin developers can't use the DataRef and Command Search windows to explore their own plugins. In Scene->XPlane->Advanced Settings I'd like to make some sort of changeable list of additional resources that the search utilities and other future features can utilize.
