Cannot activate XPlane2Blender add-on on Apple Silicon #697

I cannot active the XPlane2Blender add-on in Blender on the Mac Studio Ultra. When I click the checkbox to activate it, I get a ModuleNotFoundError for "io_xplane2blender". See the attached screenshot for complete traceback.

I have received the same error with Blender 3.0 and 2.8.3. I do not receive this error XPlace2Blender and Blender 2.8.3 on my Intel-based iMac.

XPlane2Blender Install bug

Which release of xplane2blender did you attempt to install? Our team is using the exporter on M1 Macs without problems.

I forgot about this. I tried the installer again several months later, and it worked.
