Validations for 3D LODs #15

We need to show that the LODs are within spec for bad cases (and maybe a few more good cases. Not sure what those are yet). Also need validation that no 3D LOD goes beyond Max LOD?

LOD max is apparently an ignored feature. We may need new directives in the future

Partly closed with #11, we know they work. We need to expand these tests for the whole "intervals less than, equal then, greater than, additive and selective" stuff
