I rebuild it with new functions for reordering tracks (with some fixes and improvements). Justin: having a ReaScript try to do this without an API would be a very bad idea.

(in response to Justin: the script wasn't meant to be used with any complex tracks structure. It was without sends, without childs, etc). But thanks to you and this new API function, it can now behave as good was we could have imagine 👍
