Update
Using the no header version of the software Another World dumped successfully using the Manual Dumping mode with a size of 1024KB. The SHA of the dump matches known good dumps of the game.

Having dumped 120 cartridges now with MD-Dumper I'm starting to run into a couple of cartridges which will not dump. Specifically
Another World (European Version)
The cartridges has been cleaned thoroughly and runs without issue on my Mega Drive. I'm running the software on Windows 10 Pro. The software exits halfway through displaying the header information as shown below:
