neoantigen cases 1581, 1582, 1583 have wrong P length in .ali file #2

Describe the bug neoantigen cases 1581, 1582, 1583 have wrong P length in .ali file. Instead of 10, the peptide length is 9.

Environment: alembick

To Reproduce Steps/commands to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. check if all 10-mers have
  2. path /home/dariomarzella/pMHC_Modelling/outputs/neoantigens/ <5c0e_query_1581>

Expected Results 10:P in the template sequence header Actual Results or Error Info 9:P in the template sequence header Additional Context Probably already fixed in commit 8808123
