OpendiggerWebsite:

  1. Add documentation about label data and label contribution

We should add more documentation about the label data and label contribution in OpenDigger which will definitely help others to contribute label data to OpenDigger. Also need to modify the issue template and workflow in OpenDigger repo since now we need platform data and the label structure has changed.

  1. Migrate OpenLeaderboard to OpenDigger website

We are going to migrate https://open-leaderboard.x-lab.info/ to OpenDigger website with the style of leaderboard component in the tools now. The page should be an individual web page in the navbar, like an OpenLeaderboard button.
