add XSOSI Insights Dashboard and X-lab OSPO Insights Dashboard to Insight Board module.

I am not sure it is a good idea to add these two dashboard into OpenLeaderboard since OpenLeaderboard is a public leaderboard service for all developers and companies to check the top projects. The XSOSI and X-lab dashboards however are somehow private or too specific for X-lab.

Agree, these two dashboards are not general enough to integrate to OpenLeaderboard~

In my opinion, Insight Board module of OpenLeaderBoard is more likely a sample template show. Any other open source organizations can use them as a reference.
