[question] More Chinese data #106

Description

Now, we plan to update https://opensource.win/ with the data here, but at present, only more than 100 user data are under monitoring. Is there any way to monitor more data in China?

The labeled users as Chinese developer are limited. Actually OpenDigger has developers' detailed information collected by GitHub API. Right now, we have about 7.4 millions developers' information gathered and among which has about 119 thousands developers provided their location within China. So I think we can use the data.

Thank you. I have two more questions: first, is there a way to manually correct the data? Second, when will the data be used?
