[UI] change overall board design #108

This UI change request is from https://github.com/X-lab2017/open-wonderland/issues/343#issue-2068976978

@will-ww @frank-zsy think the UI style shown in the above picture could be ported to this project. If anyone is interested in this, I could provide an source code for references :)
