[OSS101] Task 3: Add Domain-Specific and Foundation Rankings #113

Description

Referring to the 2023 Open Source Annual Report, we have segmented the technology fields, including cloud native, artificial intelligence, big data, databases, front-ends, and operating systems. I hope this part of the rankings can be added to open-leaderboard.

In addition, we also hope to integrate the foundation's data into open-leaderboard.

并且开源报告里的数据大多是以图的形式呈现的，没有准确的数值

@frank-zsy frank学长，这个任务需要oss.x-lab.info/open_leaderboard的数据，目前有没有技术领域和基金会部分的数据呢？如果没有的话，如何将已有数据放到里面呢？

@zhangjiarui530 可以参考之前年报的基金会代码和技术领域代码获取数据~

@andyhuang18 那是不是说我们要在本项目中完成前端的修改，再用一个后端项目获取基金会和技术领域数据（参考基金会代码），最后实现能按照年、月等选中条件显示排名和增长幅度？
