I checked; it only contains 2203 masked faces and 90,468 normal faces.

Could you provide the labeled file?

did you download from this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UlOk6EtiaXTHylRUx2mySgvJX9ycoeBp/view ? I don't know what's wrong but mine only has 406 masked face. I notice that some folder contain no data. Is it possible that the file in drive corrupted?
