FloodFill/Enabled glitch #134

Hello and thank you for great shaders. FloodFill/Enabled option make activated redstone and deepslate redstone ores not glow. When option enabled, redstone "glow" dark, when disabled, redstone glow normal white light.

I can try and take a look at adding those in a bit (unless Xonk wants to handle it). Think I also forgot to add active powered rails.
