4-bit and 2-bit modes #16

In this PR the 4-bit and 2-bit modes are added to the fx branch.

It does the following things:

adds the general nibble incrementer/decrementer
adds 4-bit mode for affine helper
adds 4-bit mode for line drawing
adds 4-bit mode for polygon filler
adds 2-bit polygon pixel mode for polygon filler (including 2bit poke mode)
allows for writing a single nibble to VRAM
adds nibble cache filling and tranparency

This PR completes the FX update.
