`BSOUT` docs should include a link to the control codes #214

The docs for BSOUT state "Writes the character in A to the currently-selected output device.".

However when outputting to the screen there are control codes which do not simply 'write the character in A'. These should be listed somewhere and linked to.

I cant see a table for this in the docs at all. The best that discord came up with is this PDF for a unrelated function. https://github.com/stefan-b-jakobsson/basload-rom/blob/master/docs/manual.pdf
