I'm wary of adding any such info, because there are many ways abilities can mess with action points, and it's impossible to predict whether an ability will be actually turn-ending or not, and a generic prediction may turn out untruthful. I think it's up to abilities themselves to provide this kind of information in their description.
Hi, I use the [WOTC] Cost-Based Ability Colors mod, which has helped immensely in understanding what ends and what doesn't end the turn. I think that adding the same kind of information would help understanding how abilities work, which the game does a poor job of explaining. For example, hacking an object doesn't end the turn but haywire protocol does, which isn't really obvious.
