Apparently, the current cooking setup works with the vanilla SDK (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2542963904 was cooked and works in both vanilla and wotc). However, as per tradition, TFCs will be a problem:

vanilla TFCs don't use -tfcSuffix=_XPACK_
Shipped TFCs differ between vanilla and WOTC (the unsuffixed from latter) in size, which indicates that their content is different, which means that mods cooked for vanilla (reusing those TFCs) will likely not work (properly or at all) in WOTC
