Playing LWoTC, there are PCS without stats that add other abilities to soldiers, these PCS do not stack XCom2_K6dEZAyW7E XCOM2_Launcher_LXoqx9LEZ5 See attached image of the PCS selection screen and modlist Relevant save file here
