Crashing before main menu #607

Even when Highlander is the only mod, it crashes right before main menu (I hear first tones of menu theme, then it gets silent and there is only black screen)

I tried everything from troubleshooting, didn't helped

I tried reinstalling

I tried clearing .ini files

Please re-read the troubleshooting steps, in particular the part about copying files from the mod's CookedPCConsole to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\XCOM2 War of the Chosen\XComGame\CookedPCConsole\

You will probably need to verify game files via Steam first.

Didn't helped. Now it crashes even earlier, with no intro or loading screen

Please verify game files via Steam.
