Visual effect of being on fire sometimes persists on soldiers #894

... long after the burning effect itself has been removed. Don't recall if this happens only with burning, or does it affect other status effects as well. This seems to be a vanilla bug, perhaps it can be fixed in the Highlander.

Can definitely say I've experienced this issue as well - if I've time I'll look into it and see if I can identify any potential causes. I'd be interested to determine whether the issue occurs more frequently, or exclusively when using hunker to remove burning vs other abilities / items (medkits / psi abilities and so on).
