This crashes the launcher, I don't know what to do in order to use the launcher. Any help?

Oh, this only happens when I attempt to launch WotC, it doesn't happen when I try to launch the base XCOM2 game.

Oh nevermind, I verified the integrity of the game's files in Steam -that fixed it.
