currently the body temperature is not affected by the environment this needs to be changed to enhance the immersion!

Make it possible to slowly reduce the body temperature if its night to a specific point which should not be fixed if its summer and till death if its winter

please take note that high positions should also lower the body temperature at daytime (same with wind strenght etc. see additional informations section for important command/function references)
