As time goes on, XMS2 developed more and more into something different

XMS2 should change so that it is an API instead of a modification

it still should provide default routines so other modders can pick them up and develop something ontop of that

goal:

Review ENTIRE code base and check whats required to work as API and whats not
Put everything that is not required for XMS2 as API into XMS2 Extensions and leave the rest untouched
XMS2 as PURE api
