When a user creates a TPoS, they do not have complete control of what address will be designated for the TPoS.
For instance a user might want to stake on one of their address and host a TPoS on a secondary address within their Core Wallet.
By allowing a "Coin Control" style button which displays their addresses within the pop-up, similar to the existing Coin Control in the Send Tab, the user can select what address they want to use for the TPoS.
In addition, if the user selects an address, the Stake Amount for the TPoS can be pre-populated for the user based on the balance of the address chosen.
