Migrate image extracting and pairing module #3

Migrate the geocoded_object_extractor to this repository, make it possible to import within this repo.

Create an example notebook for extracting cut outs: following examples:

  1. Example 1: UAV image + deep forest prediction. Link
  2. Example 2: UAV image + manual labels. Link

Hi @fnattino, here are the data used in the notebook

UAV orthomosaic Labeled trees polygons Deep forest prediction of tree polygons: Here is the directory containing prediction results of different experiments. I used tile500_overlap0.45.shp, but feel free to use other shape files in this dir.
