Upgrade to target .net8.0. Fixed tests and sample app.

Update to target .net 8
Project files updated with latest format of .net maui projects for target frameworks
Fix for FreshMasterDetailNavigationContainer. MAUI was throwing InvalidOperationException for setting IsPresented when layout behaviour is split mode (default layout behaviour for Windows)
Fixed Tests and now all passing
Multiple sample app fixes (missing images, now can run on Windows, Add Quote fix)
