Add in support for wenyan-lang #776

Wenyan, a programming language inspired by ancient Chinese characters. It has the extension name of *.wy.

The programming doesn't contain any Latin-like characters. All files are UTF-8 files.

Currently it doesn't have clear comment symbols.

The language's GitHub Repository is wenyan-lang/wenyan.

From my understanding, all you have to do to add support for wenyan is to complete these steps: https://github.com/XAMPPRocky/tokei/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#language-addition , an issue might not be appropriate.
