Updated Spanish translation. Added Spanish website. Updated plugin description.

@patrizia21 thanks for the contribution. Default kodi language is en_GB so when adding strings they must be defined in the en_gb language file: https://github.com/XBMC-Addons/plugin.audio.radio_de/commit/d11c795196986cf3c6b386a6ec8ef894da537c9e
