Video surface sometimes isn't drawn at the highest z-index #16

It happens almost every first video that is played on a physical TV. Sound is passed through, subtitles are drawn, but the video track is drawn behind something. If you hit back then playback stop. However, there is a split second when the latest frame from the video is displayed.

This is fixed with the VLC based player.
